Today’s Weight: 200
Total Loss: 12.5 lbs.
Another Sunday. I was feeling a little weak at the end of conference. By the time I got home, I was really feeling it. After lunch, I recovered my strength fairly rapidly and the rest of the day was fine.
Lunch: chicken, asparagus, greens, orange
Dinner: Steak, squash, strawberries
Difficulty: 4 (because of the weakness)
