Today’s Weight: 199.5
Total Loss: 13 lbs.
I ate both meals in restaurants today. That is a bit of a challenge. Not only passing up things to order, but the things on your plate. I felt pretty strong. I even got 10000 steps. It was a busy good day.
Lunch: roast chicken, salad, orange
Dinner: bbq chicken, salad, apple
Difficulty: 4
